Once your project has been started we aim to have the website built and live within 2 weeks. However a lot of the time this is determined by how promptly we receive images, graphics, website text, and answers to our questions.

There is no contract. You can cancel your account at any time.

There is no cancellation fee. If you cancel your account within the first 12 months and require a backup of the website and its files then a pay-out charge applies. The pay-out charge is the equivalent of the remaining months of the 12 month period. For example, if you have enjoyed 8 months service but need to cancel and receive the website with its files, then the pay-out charge will be: 4 x monthly fee. There are no pro-rata refunds for cancellations made during the pre-paid month.

No. Backups are held on our system and are ready for use by Martian Media if they are ever needed.

After 12 months continuous service you are able to receive a copy of your website. Backups or Website file/database are not available within the first 12 months of service.

That’s fine. There are no minimum terms so you are able to have your website for as long or as short as you need. However you do not receive a copy of your website when you cancel, unless you have had the website for a 12 month period. 

We aim to have the website live within 2 weeks. However if you need it sooner please ensure you have all your images and website text ready. The sooner you can send it through the quicker we can complete your website. 

Website updates are defined as; Updating website copy (add/remove/change), Update new logo, Add/Remove new photos or images, changes to online forms, Adding/removing/updating products, and adding promotional banners.
Examples of requests for updates that are not accepted include; Structural changes to website, a new website, custom functionality or custom changes. You may request additional functionality, such as a request to add a shopping cart when there previously was no cart, in which cases we reserve the right to provide an estimate for completion of the request or upgrade you to the appropriate plan.  

Most simple changes are processed the same day or the next business day after the request was made. If your request is more complex and we require more time we will let you know. 

Whilst we prefer if you use your own photos or images, we can either help find suitable ‘free to use’ images, or if you would like to use better quality images we can point you in the direction of well priced stock photography websites. Most of the time we will find and use free images without license restrictions, if you are happy with them, great! If not we will help you find suitable paid photos. 

That is completely normal and something we battle with ourselves! As it is so common, we have guides to help you write great text for your website. 

 We accept Credit Card payments (VISA/Mastercard) through our website or over the phone. We also accept direct debit.

When your order has been confirmed we will send you an invoice that details payment instructions.
